Openings for a new job

Adrian – I tried to use the law of attraction to manifest a new job I have prayed to God, archangels, ascended masters, angels and my spirit guides to help me manifest a new job. Please tell me when do you see a new job for me, is close or no? Many blessings.

Why do you doubt all of your wonderful work, my dearest?  There are, even though you may not understand it, many things moving around you.  Many openings are occurring.  Be ready, be flexible.  Make the plans but know at the moment of decision you may have to be a little more willing to achieve that goal you want.  Not that you have narrowed it down, but there are many ways to that that you want.  It is close, very close blessed one.

I’m confused about what to do with my work.  I recently was disappointed as I was very invested in this opportunity and then realized I couldn’t do it.  I don’t know what the next steps will be and I would appreciate some guidance please.

Yes.  You are an amazing being.  You would not do well to be limited in your abilities.  You had found yourself trying so very hard you exhausted every part of your being.  You believed in it and you now feel very confused that your belief was not right.  I want to tell you that is not true.  That there will be another place that is not as difficult for you to be in where you will do very much the same work, a little different, but you will find success.  But before you enter into that element, take time.  There is so much pressure on you, dearest one.  There is so much expectation you put upon yourself.  You hold yourself to such a high expectation that isn’t even yours.  It is as if you inherited it.  You might think that being a free spirit is a negative thing. It is not.  You need to experience a little more life before you tie yourself into anything as consuming as that.   It is not all about achieving things, it is about being.  I know.

Finding a new direction with career

I have been a teacher and I have been wanting to do something else.  There is a lot of fear involved and I know I have many gifts that I am not using and I would love to hear a direction or anything what I should be doing next.

You are tired of the politics and the playing games of not the reality of what was important.  You are a peacemaker and you are also an amazing business being.  You would have a very good opportunity for you running your own business.   There are many different things you could do that way. You have always known that.

One of the blessed things about your teaching is that you could see the individual and you would look right into their very soul and help them. But you don’t like all of the rest of the nonsense.  Do you stretch out and be a business opportunity?  That is entirely up to you, of course.  It would work.  Almost, anything you put your hands to would work.

You are very much wanting security every step of the way though and that is the part that frightens you.  You are somewhat afraid to step into it and go oh, maybe I never was any good at that and what am I doing now.  You happen to know this.  Even if you stepped into a bucket of mud you would make great mud pies.  That is who you are and will always be who you are.  And you make good pies too.

A desire to write

Lately I feel compelled to write and I am tired of what I have been doing for a living for a long time.   But I worry about the practicality and how to support myself.    

You want money, my dear? You want to know how to make money and support this love of writing you have.  Money is an interesting thing in your world.  You all seem to think it has a persona, but it doesn’t.  It is a tool. There are ways you can support this great love you need to do.  But you are a little afraid to let go of one thing before you start.  You won’t sink. You can do it.  You need to go and speak to a person that is going to help you with this.  You will find it through an educational method and they will help you to show you how you are going to attain this.   Because there is also another thing that you are very good at, that you could also do as well for yourself writing and it would not take so much of your time and energy.  In fact, it would in fact help you with your writing, in the process, giving you money.

Darling, I am not going to give you the exact name of the person. You have to go and look for him.  It is through a school, a writing place that will help you and they will show you a way to do this.  I have so enjoyed this.

To help as sister: be supportive, listen, and do not judge

An interaction from last month’s evening with the spirit guides:

I would like to ask about my sister L and how she will proceed with her life?

Sisters are amazing.  It’s interesting how beings can be in one family and yet be so very different.  You’ve often said this to yourself.  The fact is, she will not proceed anything like you would proceed.  In fact, you would like to shake her a bit and say, “Look at this mess–and now what are you going to do with it?”

But that is not what you are going to do–because you know that would not help anything.  Dear one, it is not important how she will proceed; it is important how you will proceed.  So you must be supportive, listen and do not judge. When she comes up with another crazy idea, just mirror it back to her by saying, “Is this what you really want to do?” And hopefully she will not spend too much money doing it and it won’t have too terrible of an outcome.  But if it does, remember that is her learning, her choices and her growth.  You do know this.

She is hoping her book will make money.

Yes, and she does have a great deal of talent and ability to do it.  But as you know, it takes quite a lot to get things out into the circulation of your world right now–money, timing, the right people, the right time.   She needs to create good openings for all of those things to proceed.  If you wish you can help her with what you can do by the pureness of your heart.

An excerpt from our recent Dialogue with Spirit Guides event in Vancouver

I would like to ask about my new job as I am struggling with one of my coworkers.  Do you have some guidance please?

Interesting, dearest one, you’ve come to this new position with life and love and you find this being distorts it.  This being is threatened by you, dearest one, so be not angry. Understand that this being does not feel safe.  She has created an aura around her in which there will always be chaos.  For over time this one has found that chaos has been a great protector for her being.  So when you find the chaos around this one, be still, until it settles and then speak to the person, when the roar has quieted, for then this being will hear you.  This being does not want to cause you harm, is just filled with fear.

Seek to attain so that you may fulfill the path you came to do

Hi Guides, Would you give me a blunt answer? I’m in a financial jam. While money does not solve all problems it would certainly put out a few fires around me, and close some doors. Do I focus 150 percent on my business with my partners or do I start looking for other work? Can the first option come together quickly and soon, and by soon I mean imminently, or will it be slow to grow and therefore should look to other venues. Please please help. Many many many thanks.

The guide’s response:

Blessed one,  just be aware of all things around you and that that is already present within your very scope.  Many things are possible, but you know there are only some things that you have a desire to do.  All is present in your path.  You choose. All is possible.

It is interesting to me that many seek financial assistance. It is a God in your world and may I say it will never give you the truth or happiness that seeking God would bring you. It has become something to attain in order to be seen and respected–and yet it truly only carries the weight of its physical form.

Seek to attain that that creates the comfort, to feed, to house, to be safe–so that you may fulfill the path you have come to do.  You could all live in golden mansions.  You could hide in rooms that were more grand, but would you find your truth in them?  To some the truth they find is that money has only separated them from those they love.  Some will find that it is a false facade that keeps them at a distance from those they wish to impress.  And some lose themselves in such a place, restricting themselves to small areas over and over again while staying in a place of no growth.

What is it about money that you need?  You do need an exchange with all mankind.  Is it with money, or is it with your heart?  You have come to the physical world to experience.  And in each lifetime it shall change.  You will truly experience great wealth and great poverty and it is the wise one who knows where true growth lays.  Think well before you seek money for simply money.

The guide’s response:

My dearest, none of the professions you will be doing will be happening in the next three months.  Because my dearest, you have not decided what you want to do yet.  There are so many dimensions to you.  You could sing, you could perform, you could take on healing.  Or you could go “middle of the road”—something that your brain would never be happy with.  But you see my dear, it’s not about asking spirit, it’s about asking yourself.  What do you want to do?  How could you show the world what you believe in?  What would you manifest?

You’re a very creative being.  I trust you will know what to do.  But don’t expect to find it in the next few months.  Bless you, my child.

 

A door will open, so be aware that change is at hand

You’re definitely a writer my dear.  But unfortunately it’s not being the focused the way you want it to be.  You ask for a  message from your guide—one moment.

(The guide leaves and another guide comes through; apparently it is Sharon’s spirit guide.)

Yes, do you have some words for Sharon?

He’s coming. (softly)

Did you say “He is coming?” 

Yes. The career you have put so much strength into is right.  A door will open for you.  So just be aware that a change is at hand.  Write about your passion.  Actually what you think are dreams can be realities.  All of it.  Even those things that they’ve told you are not possible are possible.  You are well.  It can be.

You’ve already seen some success in it.  Trust.

 

 

Advice for one who transmits information from spirit beings

Well, I’m really needing more of this tool called money, and I’m working on it. I want to ask about my intuitive abilities and the absolute knot I get before I give a reading. While I’m now trusting all that comes through for others and am feeling that it is easier, and have such a case of the nerves! As well, I am beginning to see other’s guides, but don’t recognize information coming from them. It’s like I only have a picture. Know what I mean? As if the information is fragmented. Anyway, any help you could offer would be so much appreciated as I pursue this avenue. 

The guide’s response:

Blessed being, it is good that you feel the anxiety, for it translates the respect and the great honour you feel being in this position between the being who asks and the beings who speaks.  To be the conduit is not a simple act but an act of absolute love and unconditional acceptance.  So, accept the fact that you are somewhat hesitant and nervous and know that that is your willingness to do the highest.

As to your other questions, monies will come when you believe in it.  You often put hurdles in front of yourself making it a difficult task bringing the monies to you.  And yet you know in your being that you have a need and that beautiful heart to do with that thing called monies in such a wondrous way.

As to when you are in the place of transmitting the information, describe the being to the one.  If the pictures is what they want you to see and not to hear the words, worry not of that.  Give what information stirs within your heart.  Translate or transmit the picture. Often times the being, or the guide as you call them, would use firstly use pictures in order to translate the understanding forgetting about you being in between. In time, this will ease and in time you will feel that information will flow.  Remember it is not for you to judge the information. Often times your conscious mind is trying to put it in place and how it fits. Not yours, blessed one, just give the words.  If the being you speak it to is unsure of the information do not worry of this either.  Just say this is what is being said, it is for them and not for you.  And trust, blessed one, for you are a child of light.
