Greetings.  Lift up. Lighten your hearts.  Live in trust.

What is the purpose of all of this evolving?

To evolve is a natural order. It is as natural as growing.  You cannot arrest this growth.  And you have come to a time when it is your spirits that are growing.  Not to say your spirits have not been growing in the past, but they have been doing growth through the physical.  And now is the time for it to grow to expand on its own with the aid of your physical being.  Lessons can be used through the physical or the spirit.  Oh, these words.  I shall give you an example.

Think of yourself as an apple.  Through your many lifetimes this apple that you are has been concentrating on its flesh, its skin, its color, its sweetness or tartness and the lessons learned from the other apples around it.  Now you have evolved to a time when it is not just your apple, but your branch, and your leaves, your tree, your roots, the air and the water that feeds you.  Do you understand?

Is everyone in the world at this place of awareness?

No, not everyone.  There are many apples left that are just concerned about the barrel of apples.  But now you have opened yourself to a wider scene and have become aware that there is more than just you and a core.  There is a cycle that evolves but it is not totally clear even for all of us, the whole, the infiniteness of that which you call God, that which we call Mother energy.  It is neither created nor is it destroyed.  It has no beginning, nor no end.  There is a symbol we use, a circle within a circle, within a circle, continuous and never ending.

You evolve from this plane.  I shall explain.  You come as a piece of Mother energy, a very small and very erratic piece to be quite honest.  And in this physical being that you are given as a gift.  Yes, it is a gift your physical body.  And the other gift is free will.  And this lovely energy that is set within this being thus begins to grow.    And with each lesson that the physical being encounters the vibration quickens or heightens.  And over many years and lifetimes and experiences eventually the vibration becomes too intense to dwell within your being. To dwell within a physical being on a physical plane, thus you evolve to that which we are.  And that is by no means the end.  For we evolve through the aid of you to higher realms, each evolving causing a greater vibration. And there will be other spheres you will visit.  It is amazing.

By simply allowing us to guide you it is as if, yes, teacher and student, but we do not teach we simply aid.

First Guide – How pleasant, how wondrous.  We only speak to you to aid you on your path.  Yes, each of you on your own path, separate and different.  You are all very special.  As you evolve, this I speak of your energy, your spirit, its vibration becomes stronger yet it will feel milder.  You have lived many lives, each of you unless you have arrived at the point of that which we call developing your spirituality.  I believe you should call it being whole.  For you are not whole until you are whole with your spirit and your body.  They are one, yet separate.  It is your soul’s container that body that you dwell in.   I recall one body I had.  It was not lovely, but it served the purpose of learning and this vehicle or container does this for you.  It is not just the spirit we are concerned with, also your bodies.  There is another who wishes to speak of other things.

Second Guide – Greetings.  Bless you one and all.  I am a friend, an entity that has dwelt upon your plane a great deal of time past.

What is the Age of Aquarius?

There have certainly been enough books written about this age.  But I will tell you, my child, that again, they were written by man. The Age of Aquarius is another phrase.  Your entire sphere is coming into a time of awakening, some slower than others, but it has come.

Some feel much ado about nothing.  Perhaps there is some truth in this.  For it is the evolving that man will have no more heroes for he himself must be the hero, or she.  We have not sexes in this form, but I do recall.

Until the entities upon this plane realize there are no heroes, there will be a time of waiting for soon there is to be a turning over where many from this plane shall evolve.  It is a complex thing this need of a hero, this need to follow.  It is not until you realize there is no one to follow, but to do and to be that which you are.  It is this reason why we have chosen to speak through some before it is felt.  Often there is a confusion on what to do, what is it you search for.  You search for that that you are.  You will find it not within yourself.  This is confusing.  You will find it through others for you see yourself through others.

Can you tell us how we are connected with you?

I am one who comes to you from the light and it is the word “job” is similar but not exact.  But it is the job of many of us to aid, to visit.

I lived in a time of great turmoil.  Your plane has evolved from this time.  And we are pleased with that, but there are other fears upon your plane that you must release.  For fear is an uncontrolled vibration that can do only harm to yourself. Yes, it can do harm to others too, but mostly to yourself.  The vibration of fear is irregular and your entities have evolved to a place where fear can cause destruction of some of your vibrations.

Your vibration, your energy, you are a beautiful light within each of you, that which is your soul, your energy, your vibration, so many words upon this plane.  And even in the passing of your time the words mean different things. Another wishes to speak.  (Donna will post this next guide’s message in the next day or two).

Can you explain if karma exists in the spiritual realm?

I believe this is a belief of many of your eastern religions, karma being something that follows you from lifetime to lifetime.  It is just a word.  It is also man-made, it does not exist.  There is no quotient.  There is no tally.  You must experience, that is all there is.

If one chooses to be initiated by a master are these people granted any kind of security in their physical life and does this release the individual from their transgressions.  Is there truth to this?

There are entities that are very full of themselves but they are not full of spirit.  They have written down laws that came from their own human mind.  And there are rules.  Always be wary of rules my dear, for there aren’t any.  Although you may question that, for you feel that we have rules, but there are no rules that are enforced.

There are certain entities upon your physical dimension that have progressed and have become very high as far as their vibrational quota is concerned, but these are the least likely to speak of it.  And those that think that there is one entity upon the earth that can clear a path for another I’m afraid are sadly mistaken.  For every entity is an entity onto themselves.  And they shall gain or lose due to what they do, not due to what anyone else does.

There is a very famous poet I liked upon your plane.  And he always said A Man’s a Man for all That.  It is a very wise poem.  But you must also accept that other entities will be upon their path and will do as they wish.  The best way is to just accept and love them.

Is there a hierarchy in spirit where the guides exist?

Hello.  We too are each of our own stage of development.  There is your dimension, there is our dimension and there are many more.  Those that first cross over, not those destined to go back for further lifetimes, but those that have built their vibrations and are incapable of living in the physical being, then become a guide.  At first, still very tied to the earth, memories are still very strong.  And so we evolve higher and higher to what you would call universal guides, tao.  A very high, a very strong, their vibrations could blind you if you were to use your physical eyes but would never blind your heart.  And then they dwell back in mother energy for some time before then going on to the next dimension.  This is just one very small part and you begin at the beginning of a new dimension as a new babe even though you may have learned many dimensions eventually to come full circle you are one then, again.  Your energies are then multiplying themselves and this is something far too complex to understand.  And you become mother energy and thus give birth to new souls.

SeedsAnd why is it so difficult to leave this plane?  

The removal of the spirit from every cell in the physical body that it has united with, is not an instant process.

I know you are living in time and this is a very different realm.  But it is a release of every cell and some are holding things that are incomplete and have blocked the forward movement of growth.

You are a small microcosm.  This is truth. You are a universe to yourself.  Each cell is separate and each energy that enters it that is of your spirit at the time dwelling within the cell, is separate.   You have seen in bodies where part of them will have necrosis, or parts are dying.  It does not mean that all are dying.  But some have chosen to move away. To maintain life in this realm that part of the physical body because the energy is what supports the life and the flesh and that movement of that vibration, you must remove it.

Then, there is the concept of the opening of spirit in body.  That beautiful tie, that beautiful knot that is made when you enter into the physical realm.  It is with twisting and tying and pain that it occurs for it is only in pain in physical worlds that you feel this.  But it is very much felt in the  beginning of the life and it is very much felt when you are undoing this knot.  It is the best way to describe it.

So, you must feel that pain.  It is the releasing yourself from it.  It is untying the knots that have held you here.  It is manifested in pain but the spirit feels it not.   For as you release you are higher, more separate from the body.  Like that new babe when you entered it.  That body shakes, it is wet and cold and so be you in spirit.  And the light is bright and so be you when you arrived.  And there to hold you and wrap you in energy and warmth are loved ones.  Yes, your mother often in both realms there in a cradle of awareness in spirit holding you and washing away the physical pain.  In great clearness there is no longer a veil holding you distant from those that are of a distance away.   All are present.  All are present in the physical and spiritual world. And there is a great reunion.

That is why many in your physical world feel the presence of the departed one. They feel them there and rejoicing and often there is laughter for there is great celebration.  I know you lack and want to hold the loved one during the experience of loss.  That is why there is pain.  It is not easy to untie the knot.

You must step into the flow of life to learn it

A conversation between Joanna and a guide in 1999

There are many new souls on your path right now.  There is an imbalance because there is not enough middle ground.  Do not worry because you will not go spinning off.  Many of the middle aged entities moved on to other realms.

Were they killed in wars maybe?

Yes, my dear.  The middle aged beings are often the ones doing the writing.  They are often the greatest politicians.  It is not good to be a leader of a country if you are a brand new soul.  And you are not a very effective one if you are an ancient one.  Oh, it is a magnificent tension.  I know you are weary of it sometimes but it truly is a magnificent place to learn.

Not all of the words of another will be the total truth for all.  Each person must actively search to find it for themselves.  They must take from here and there the parts that will make their quilt perfect.  Each person must be active in their participation of their quilt.  That it will not be presented to them that having a guide is not one who bestows but one who works with.  It is an act of communication very, very deep in the trust and the love of the beings.  And in time, it matures into a wonderful relationship, constant, a knowing.  Each person must be willing.  It is not placed upon you, but you choose. That in truth, there are no victims.  Even when one is in a position of being victimized there has been a choice that you have asked to learn.  It is a far leap of faith that this must take, but it is truth.

That even in the most negative there is great learning and that a being is always stronger.  Yes, always with time you will have this understanding, but it is always true.  Also, there must not be complacency.  This is not the same thing as taking time to breathe.  Complacency is sitting back.  It is watching instead of being. It is examining and hoping that in some way you can learn.  You must step into that flow of life to learn it.   You must be it, to learn it.   What does one learn by watching?  One remembers.  It is simply a key to the past of you.  You know very well there is a limited amount of time you can stay in that place or you will leave that realm to continue again.

 

How do we know when we are on our path?

pathAhh, when it is like sailing with the wind, flowing with the river, feeling at peace you know you are on your path.   It means feeling at one with what you are doing. 

So, does it mean if you are in pain or struggle then you are off path?

Even when there is great pain and if you truly do stop and pull yourself and consciousness to the highest point you will know you are at peace with it, then you are on your path.

If you are not at peace within, then you are teetering.  Even when there is pain and torture and worry, if there is peace within, then you are on your path.

It may not be something that you want to do that lies before you.  But if you truly centre your being and feel at peace within and know that it will evolve you will go through and absorb the learning.

Do you have any messages for us before we start with questions?

Those of us of the light truly desire questions to be placed for it is not our work or desire to put our input into your world.

So, you are of the light, what does that mean?

I am a form no longer able to dwell in your physical world but I have knowledge of it.  There are many of us.  We do not think of ourselves as separate but as one.

We had someone who came through and called himself Ozymandias.  He was very forthcoming with information. Was he at a different level than those of the light?

Yes.  There are those that pass over and they dwell in a time of learning. Sometimes they don’t choose to return but they choose to banter about their knowledge.    I say this not in a negative understanding, but well, I am sure that you have heard of some entities that speak and seem almost as if present in your world.

I am thinking of Ramtha.

You are thinking correctly.  This is a being who very much still wanted to be present in the physical domain and finds great pleasure in much of it and yet has much work to do.

So, when these beings come through we can listen to them and respect them but we do not necessarily have to take their words as gospel?

It depends on what you think of as gospel.  Any information you receive from spirit it should feel right within your being.  It must resonate to match your vibration to be right with your needs.  There is no one truth, blessed one.  There are many truths and they weave an amazing cloth in your world.

What’s up with the harder lessons?

G – life can be hard at times and lessons very testing.  It sometimes feel like those living positively filled with love have the harder lessons than those choosing the other path.  Is this true?

The depth of your feeling my dear is in accordance to the wondrousness of your soul.  If your spirit has lived many, many times you feel more intensely. It is often said that the ancient ones have the most difficult lives because they feel all of it with the intensity of the first experience.

They feel the depth of every bit of pain or joy. They see with the greater knowing the wonder of a flower and the heaviness of a feather.  It is not that the new souls do not see or feel it this way; it is that they have no depth to know of it any other way other than what it be in that very instant.  For those that do not feel, they are still learning all of it.

Judge not one better or less, or one more difficult than the other.   For the one that might be feeling the difficulty of the path sees with the intensity and beauty that is far beyond what a new soul would feel.

It is not a wave in measure, it is not a judging of higher or lower, better or worse, it is being each to their own in their moment of growth.  If you feel with intensity, or feel you struggle, it is because you have known struggles before and you are aware that something  is holding you to be in the struggle.

It is not that the new soul does not have struggles.  They do not see it, they don’t feel it and they move quickly through it. And their growth is much less, I will tell you.

But, see all beings and their path and be thankful for the path you walk on — for it is an amazing opportunity to grow.

I work no longer in a body.  I work and live and be in the spirit.  And I will tell you that the experience in the physical world is wondrous, not heavy, not a burden but a delight.

Growing Soul – Can the guides throw more light on out of body experiences and what would be the purpose of having one spontaneously?

Dearest one, you live in a country of upheaval where there are very, very impoverished people and very, very wealthy people and the division between the two grow wider and wider.  

Bless you, my child, for seeking out a spiritual path and understanding your process.  For if you take care of your corner of your world, the world will take care of itself.  In other words, it takes many to change a little bit to have an effect on the whole.

Spirit out of body experiences happen.  Well, you can choose for it to happen.  You could put yourself into a deep state of comfort and fly; fly and soar above and visit others.  Its purpose is to see if you could do it, to understand that you go beyond the body.  But there will always be an attachment to your body, the beautiful silver cord that you might think to hold you to your body.  For it is in the body that you are in the place of learning.

It happens spontaneously often when the body is under great duress, through sickness, through fear and through an assault.  Through many instances the he body will often send out its spirit in order to protect it only to return with no memory of that that occurred.  And this is a protective measure and is nothing you ever need to worry about.

But you could be sitting upright in a crowd of many people and soar high above it and see it and then return.  Or, if you are in terrible pain and you wish to leave it you could soar outside of your body and fly to a far and distant place and bring back the love and happiness that it may have been seeking.

Out of body experiences are very natural and protective and should teach you how strong you are; that the power of thoughts can soar, but hold its anchor deep with the body.  It is an attachment place almost at the same place where you have free will.  A survival, it keeps you present in your body but also opens the door to soar.  Never fear it.  It is a wondrous body to be in the physical world and reminding you that you are one with spirit.
